Educator.Sheena Schuler is the creative force and visionary behind Cadenza Creative Group, a multi-faceted brand house dedicated to crafting bespoke lifestyle experiences that move to a different rhythm. Before Cadenza was a company, it was a way of life—a refusal to shrink, to compromise, or to follow someone else’s blueprint for living.Raised in a lineage of storytellers, healers, and changemakers, Sheena learned early that the most extraordinary lives are built from the inside out. Known for blending the medicinal, the magical, and the mundane, she brings cultural wisdom, entrepreneurial grit, and soul-deep storytelling into everything she creates.
As a doula and community care practitioner, Sheena has held space for life’s most sacred thresholds. As an author and educator, she has built transformative programs, written works that challenge the status quo, and taught the art of self-sufficiency as a pathway to freedom. Her work spans spiritual wellness, personal development, hospitality, creative arts, and community care—all connected by one unwavering mission: to help people live in alignment with their truth while creating lives they don’t need a vacation from.Her journey has taken her from birth rooms to classrooms, from grassroots community spaces to creative studios, each chapter reinforcing the same lesson: freedom is the ultimate luxury, built through intention, craft, and courage.Cadenza is her love letter to that truth—an invitation for you to not just consume life, but compose it.
